Free Range Local Grass Fed Beef
Our beef is locally sourced from Grange Farm, a farm with three generations of farmers and all the experience which that bestows.
Their award winning livestock are reared to the same high standards we demand on our farm. The cattle are grass fed and finished on hay and oats with access to pasture at all times.
Our beef is dry-aged (matured) for 14 days to improve the tenderness and flavour of the meat, especially steaks! This does means however that the smell and taste of the beef will be a little stronger than regular beef.
