Delivery Information
Delivery date is agreed via email when we confirm your order. You must ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at this time. All goods must be signed for on delivery and checked to confirm the produce and condition.
If no one is at the address then the courier will leave the item as instructed, if deemed safe. If the courier cannot get a signature the insurance is invalidated and consequently no claims can be accepted. If delivery is not made by 4pm on the day of delivery you must contact us immediately by email so we can follow up in time and resolve.
We will always try our best to resolve any issues you may have with delivery however, once produce has left our farm we have no control over the transport and rely on customers and the courier service to follow the instructions and procedures given. Please use the information provided here and in the emails you receive from us and the courier service to ensure the best service and a safe delivery.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you believe the items need a refund please freeze the items immediately and contact us directly.
Understand that fresh lamb and beef can often have a strong smell (especially when hung and dry aged) when compared to the packaged supermarket food. We are proud to say that in all our years farming we have never personally sold or delivered spoiled meat, as the carefully monitored conditions it is stored in while on the farm ensure its perfect condition at the point of sale and the thermal packaging ensures safety for a minimum of 48 hours.
However if you are still unsure please photograph and freeze the items before contacting us directly with details. Returns can be scheduled via courier at the customer’s expense, or they can be brought directly to the farm. Please retain all packaging and freeze the icepacks, repack items as they were sent.
If you dispose of the items, or do not contact us on the day of delivery, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.
We reserve the right to request for products to be returned, or to arrange collection of goods, before issuing a refund or credit note. Any returns will be treated on a case by case basis.
Non-perishable items returns policy
You can return any part of your order at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full no-fuss refund or exchange. Simply email us to explain the issue. Please make sure your items are unused and unworn.
Goods are returned at your own expense except when damaged or faulty.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
Returns can be scheduled via courier at the customer’s expense, or they can be brought directly to the farm.
