Events Policy

Under normal circumstances our tickets are non-refundable as we have limited spaces to all our events

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled, entirely rescheduled or at our discretion minus admin costs.

If you are unable to attend or would like to reschedule, you must inform us via email at least 48 hours before the event date. We can then reschedule your visit to another available date.

Food and drink
Food and drinks are not included in our ticket costs unless clearly specified. Our cafe will be serving fresh homemade food for a range of diets, if you have specific dietary needs please let us know in advance.

Performance line-up
The performers and advertised attractions are subject to change, this would only be in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.

Ticket resale
Tickets are resold entirely at the risk of the original and new bearers, the ticket outlet accepts no responsibility for problems arising from third party transactions.

Animals
For the safety of our animals and visitors, no pets/animals will be allowed on to the site during the event, with the exception of guide dogs.

No entry
Patrons will not be permitted entry to the event whilst in the possession of items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner, or alcoholic drinks.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the farm.

Media
Persons attending the event may be filmed, photographed or recorded as part of the audience and attendees. This media is owned by Willowbrook Farm and may be used for any promotional material. By attending the event you give the permission to use this media, however if you would like to avoid this please let us know.

Safety
Although we take great pains to ensure our farm is safe for all ages please observe and be aware of warnings and signs. Children must be attended at all times. Willowbrook is a real working farm and care must be taken on site. We cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries sustained at the event, including loss or damage to property, howsoever caused.
