Absolutely amazing for stock, our chicken carcasses have been getting a lot of positive feedback. Pressure cook a couple for half an hour with onions and spices and you have your own natural chicken stock, free from all the salt, additives and chemicals found in normal stock cubes.

Please remember that the price displayed on our items may differ from the online sale price as we allow a +/- 10% range for all meat items.
The reason for this is simple, when dealing with a natural product there will always be variation in weights, we allow this 10% range so we can sell our produce and process payments before preparing orders in case of late cancellations and wasted produce.
