This is cut from the neck, shoulder, rib and loin so understand that it contains bones and is much fattier than the lean boneless diced lamb. As this is cut on the bone there could be some small/sharp parts of bone so please take care when preparing. Trimmed and diced on the bone in roughly 2″ cubes. Great for stews and curries, on its own or mixed with our boneless diced lamb for more meat and less bone!

Please remember that the price displayed on our items may differ from the online sale price as we allow a +/- 10% range for all meat items.

The reason for this is simple, when dealing with a natural product there will always be variation in weights, we allow this 10% range so we can sell our produce and process payments before preparing orders in case of late cancellations and wasted produce.
