Ethically sourced from small-scale farmers in the West bank, this was the world’s first olive oil to be awarded Fairtrade certification in 2009.

From stone terraces nestled on sun-drenched West Bank hills comes olive oil grown with wisdom, by people who know their trees both as old friends and as a lifeline for their children.

Pressed from the fruit of ancient trees which have been tended by hand through generations of family farmers. This is an “estate olive oil” meaning all the olives used to produce this came from the same farm in Palestine and unlike a lot of the olive oil found in supermarkets (which won’t say exactly what percentage is first cold pressed) this is the real deal, 100% first cold press!

Please remember that the price displayed on our items may differ from the online sale price as we allow a +/- 10% range for all meat items.

The reason for this is simple, when dealing with a natural product there will always be variation in weights, we allow this 10% range so we can sell our produce and process payments before preparing orders in case of late cancellations and wasted produce.
