Washing Wool
Firstly make sure your item really needs a wash. Unlike manmade materials, wool does not need to be washed frequently. Try gentle spot cleaning and regular airing instead.
If you do need to wash your product, then choose a machine wash cycle at a temperature no higher than 30 degrees and use the delicates/wool wash if you have one. If you are using soap then make sure it is suitable for the wool you are washing and use a small amount.
If you are hand washing, soak the item in tepid water for about half an hour, then rinse well and press out the excess water, without wringing.
If you are nervous about washing your item at home, we recommend that you use a dry cleaners. Do not tumble dry.

Standard Delivery – 1 box (up to 10kg) — £13.50
Express Delivery – arrives by 12pm. 1 box (up to 10kg) — £16.50
Each additional 10kg — £6.00
Collection direct from our farm:
Collections are then possible the following week, during Saturday Sunday shop hours.

If for any reason you have any concerns, please freeze the items immediately and contact us directly.
If you dispose of the items, unfortunately we cannot refund them.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please remember that the price displayed on our items may differ from the online sale price as we allow a +/- 10% range for all meat items.
The reason for this is simple, when dealing with a natural product there will always be variation in weights, we allow this 10% range so we can sell our produce and process payments before preparing orders in case of late cancellations and wasted produce.
