Commercial use

This website and content may not be used for any commercial purposes without the prior permission of the publisher and Willowbrook Farm.

Products, Delivery and Collections

Due to the nature of our produce the displayed price on the product may vary within a +/- 10% range. This will not change the sale price. If any items are outside of this range then they will be re-priced at the same price per kg. We will produce a refund or a debit for the change. We monitor and adjust our produce each week to maintain accuracy. If/when there are changes to your order we would try to call you to confirm any changes with you in advance of dispatch. If you are unhappy with any changes you can always request to delay or cancel the order. (Please note, we are unable to call for any changes that are +/- £5)

If there is a change to your order and we are unable to contact you for any reason, we will either make the decision to send the order with the changes, or to delay the order until we are able to discuss with you. As we pack and finalise orders on the day of dispatch we may have to make a decision immediately after attempting to call.

Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We endeavour to send fresh produce where possible but may send frozen on occasion. If you want only fresh items please specify this in order comments. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us on the day of delivery and freeze the items immediately. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. Our liability will be limited to the price of the goods and the cost of delivery.

Delivery date is agreed via email when we confirm your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at this time. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an appropriate person and checked to confirm the produce and condition. If no one is at the address then the courier will leave the item as instructed, if deemed safe. If the courier cannot get a signature the insurance is invalidated and consequently no claims can be accepted. If delivery is not made by 4pm on the day of delivery you must contact us immediately via email so we can follow up in time and resolve.

We will always try our best to resolve any issues you may have with delivery however, once produce has left our farm we have no control over the transport and rely on customers and the courier service to follow the instructions and procedures given. Please use the information provided here and in the emails you receive from us and the courier service to ensure the best service and a safe delivery.

Cancellations

Should you choose to cancel within 2 days of dispatch/collection, or fail to collect your order, then we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the cost of any perishable items prepared for your order and any delivery and processing charges incurred.

Payment and Security

Any payments placed through this website can be paid for securely using your credit or debit card. We accept all major cards – Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta. We can not accept orders from outside mainland United Kingdom.

All meat orders will be charged according to the displayed weight and price of the items online. However if the weight exceeds our weight range then that item will be priced at a price per kilo that matches the initial displayed weight and price.

Payments are processed via Stripe, your card details are fully encrypted when you place your order. This means your card details are not seen by any members of Willowbrook staff nor are they stored in any form by Willowbrook Farm.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any time.

You agree to indemnify us in full against all costs expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payments from you in the event a failed payment occurs. This will include an administration charge of no less than £20. We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred ask a debt collection agency to collect payment from you.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you believe the items need a refund please freeze the items immediately. Understand that fresh lamb and beef can often have a strong smell (especially when hung and dry aged) when compared to the packaged supermarket food. We are proud to say that in all our years farming we have never personally sold or delivered spoiled meat, as the carefully monitored conditions it is stored in while on the farm ensure its perfect condition at the point of sale and the thermal packaging ensures safety for a minimum of 48 hours.

However if you are still unsure please freeze the items and contact us directly. Returns can be scheduled via courier at the customer’s expense, or they can be brought directly to the farm. Please retain all packaging and freeze the icepacks, repack items as they were sent.

If you dispose of the items, or do not contact us within 12 hours of delivery, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

We reserve the right to request for products to be returned, or to arrange collection of goods, before issuing a refund or credit note. Any returns will be treated on a case by case basis.
